1. What requirements must I meet to rent a vehicle?
You must have a valid driving license for at least 2 years and be older than 21. When picking up the vehicle you must show your ID card and driving license.
2. Can I travel abroad with the rented vehicle?
Of course. You must notify us in advance of planned travel outside Serbia so we can arrange additional documentation and insurance for abroad.
3. How can I reserve a vehicle?
You can make a reservation via the website, by phone, or in person at our offices.
4. Are the vehicles regularly serviced?
Absolutely. Our vehicles are new, technically sound and regularly maintained at authorized service centers. Safety and reliability are our priority.
5. Is comprehensive insurance included in the price?
Yes, all our cars have comprehensive insurance with a deductible. Details on coverage and exclusions are in the Rental Terms.
6. Is the vehicle provided with a full tank?
Yes, every vehicle is provided with a full tank and we expect it to be returned in the same condition. Otherwise the fuel difference plus a refueling service fee will be charged.
7. What if there is damage or an accident?
In case of any incident, immediately contact us and the police. Detailed procedure is in the Rental Terms. Comprehensive insurance covers most cases, except in instances of gross negligence.
